Mrs. Shalinee Laddha spearheads finance, marketing, legal and business development functions for RSPN Group. She is involved across all verticals of the company and ensures successful completion and smooth delivery of ventures. Previously, Mrs. Laddha worked with Johnson and Johnson India (J&J) as Senior Product Manager where she headed marketing for J&J’s medical devices/med-tech divisions. She has significant experience in Indian healthcare and pharmaceutical industries with hands on experience in product development, sales and marketing, and business development. Mrs. Laddha has also worked with Give India as head of Internet Marketing. Mrs. Laddha has done her BCom, MCom, and LLB from Mumbai University and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad

Mr. Pradyumna Laddha looks after global financial markets vertical of the company where he heads research, new idea generation and risk management for the company. He is also involved with the real estate divisions of the company.
Previously, Pradyumna worked as a management consultant with Bain and Company India. Prior to Bain, Pradyumna worked for Deloitte S&O in the USA as a Management Consultant, Lazard India and E&Y India in investment banking, and with BlueBird AeroSystems, Israel. Pradyumna holds a dual degree in Mathematics (B.Sc) and Economics (B.A) from the University of Chicago, USA

Dr. Nisha Laddha looks after early-stage investments and alternates verticals of the company alongside the HR and Technology functions. She is a qualified B.D.S and has practiced medicine for several years at prestigious healthcare facilities in Mumbai prior to RSPN.
She is also an accomplished artist; her work is hosted at galleries across India. She leads Laddha Foundation’s flagship philanthropic venture ‘Good Health Movement’ which organizes health camps for the under-privileged.

Mr. Amit Prabhu is an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Weatherhead School of Management, Ohio U.S. He is also B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) from D.J. Sanghvi College of Engineering, Mumbai University. Amit Has over 15 years of corporate experience in infrastructure and Real Estate Sector.
He has worked in corporates like HCC, Reliance Infra, Piramal Roads, IDFC PE JV, etc. He has successfully completed more than 6 redevelopment projects in Mumbai as a Developer in the role of a Partner. He is involved in end-to-end project execution, right from giving an offer to society till handing over the project with O.C. to members.

Mr. Pawan Suri is a marketing stalwart with 24+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Channel Sales, Investments and Real Estate industry. Pawan has proficiency in real estate marketing analysis, property valuations, development business management, and launch / prelaunch of real estate projects. He has worked with corporates like JLL, Kotak Prime, Sharp Business System, Writer Information, amongst others. He has transacted for more than half a million square feet with an estimated turnover of INR 1500 Cr. in real estate.

Mr. Aagam Shah is a Chartered Accountant & CFA. He has also cleared FRM Part – 1 conducted by GARP & holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Mumbai University). Aagam has 5+ years of experience in the banking, finance, taxation & accounts. Aagam has worked at the treasury of Kotak Mahindra Bank where he oversaw market risk compliance of treasury. He is involved in global financial markets and real estate divisions of the company.
