Mr. Rajesh Laddha
Mr. Rajesh Laddha is a seasoned corporate leader with over three decades of experience at the helm of some of India’s most respected business conglomerates. He has been instrumental in shaping and scaling diverse businesses across industries, bringing deep strategic insight and financial acumen to every venture he leads.
As the former Group CFO and Executive Director of the Piramal Group (till 2022), Mr. Laddha spent over 25 years overseeing a broad portfolio of businesses spanning:
- Financial services: one of the largest NBFCs in the country with an AUM of ~INR 75,000 Crores
- Real estate development: top real estate development firm with 10+ marquee projects across MMR
- Pharmaceuticals: global CDMO, complex generics, and OTC portfolio (INR 25K Cr company)
- Data Analytics: leading global provider of data-driven solutions for the life sciences industry - USD 1B company
- Glass manufacturing: global leader in glass packaging solutions for Cosmetics & Perfumery, Specialty Spirits & Food and Pharmaceutical industries (INR 10K Cr.+ company)
He also served as the MD & CEO of Shriram Capital (2017-2019), the holding company of all Shriram Group entities including Shriram Finance and its insurance verticals collectively representing a market capitalization of over 1.5 lakh crore.
Prior to his 2.5 decade experience with the Piramal Group, Mr. Laddha was with Coca Cola India as part of their founding team in India.
An accomplished academic, Mr. Laddha is a rank-holder Chartered Accountant (ICAI), a rank-holder CPA (USA), a CIMA (UK), and holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago.
His leadership has also extended to several prestigious boards, including Piramal Enterprises, Vodafone India, SISCOL India, Pegasus ARC, and Super Six Gaming. He currently serves on the Investment Committee of Integrow Asset Management and is a Trustee of the Piramal Pharma ESOP Trust.
Through RSPN Ventures, Mr. Laddha brings together global expertise, disciplined execution, and a long-term vision — continuing his journey of value creation across capital markets, real estate, and venture building.
